Decided to check out a couple of travel agencies on some seasonal promos.

Thought I saw wads of those really enticing bills sticking to the glass panels during one of our aimless mallings.

It’s definite. We’re hieing off to Siquijor Island.

With the pricing scheme they’re trying to latch their marketing strategy on, you’d think Air Philippines would drown out the Super Ferry in terms of demand.

But, it turned out the PhP568.00 promo was a dud. Hidden surcharges are way hidden among other algebraic configurations like insurance, port levy, ladeeduh…The actual airfare is about thrice the price posted on the promo bills.

I still think it’s fair deal, though. I’m thinking of 24hours of travel by sea with nothing to do but snuggle up in the cold bunk and read Atlas Shrugged until visions of Ayn Rand cavorting in the nude with boy-toy Nathaniel Branden.

Or if you are up to it, hook up with some fellow passengers in estrus or sleazebags with brine fetish while at sea.
